All service interaction data is anonymized immediately after collection. We do not retain chat data as identified personal records beyond what is needed for immediate service operation.
Z.O.E. is an experimental AI service. AI-generated responses can be surprising, inconsistent, or unpredictable, and that unpredictability is part of the intended experience. We also do not guarantee service availability, uptime, or refunds for any use of the platform.
